My dream, inspired by my mother's words.
Growing up, my mother always told me something that stayed close to my heart:
“Every woman should be able to stand on her own feet, earn her own money, and never have to depend on anyone to define her worth.”
Back then, they were simply words of wisdom from my mother. Today, they have become the inspiration behind something I have always dreamed of creating: Tathastu.
I have always believed that every woman deserves to feel beautiful, confident, comfortable, and powerful in her own way.
I wanted to create something that wasn't limited to a particular season, occasion, or style. Something you could wear to an important office meeting and feel like a boss. Something you could wear to brunch with your friends, a beautiful dinner, or a celebration.
Something that feels just as right with a traditional kurti as it does with a crop top, a classic shirt, or your favourite cozy sweater.
That's how my journey with Tathastu began.
I didn't just want to create pants. I wanted to create a feeling.
The feeling of walking into a room with confidence. The feeling of being comfortable in your own skin. The feeling of knowing that you are beautiful, capable, and independent. And most importantly, the freedom to express yourself without following anyone else's rules.
But my dream doesn't end with my own designs. I believe every woman has a unique story, and I would love for those stories to become part of Tathastu.
Whether it's a colour you love, a print that reminds you of something special, or a design you've always imagined, I want to hear your ideas. Because sometimes, the most beautiful creations begin with a simple conversation.
